To help you get the most out of your One Medical, we recommend that when you join you pick a primary care provider who can help guide your care. We've made it easy by only hiring the best people (and you can choose your PCP online). Check out providers in your area. And, if you ever decide a provider isn’t a good fit for you, you can always switch. No hurt feelings — we just want to make sure you’re happy.
We accept most major insurance plans as well as Medicare and bill for services through your insurance — just like a typical doctor's office. Check to see if your insurance works with One Medical. Since the list periodically changes, we encourage you to call us if you don’t see your plan or connect with your health plan directly.
On a high-deductible health plan or don’t have insurance? We believe that quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone, so we also offer affordable options for working together.
